Update: LibertyNews.com was inadvertently omitted; it would be #77 at a popularity ranking of 114,237. Biff Spackle's annual review will be modified to reflect this egregious error.

Update II: HopenChange Cartoons was also accidentally omitted. It would be #140 at a popularity ranking of 380,906.
